Role: Workday Technical Project Manager - Finance

As a Workday Technical Project Manager experienced in Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of Workday solutions for our clients. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all technical aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for delivering Workday technical solutions to clients
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any roadblocks or issues
- Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders
- Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are followed
- Train and guide project team members on Workday technical best practices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday updates and enhancements
- Participate in the design and development of new Workday solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes
- Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and support their career growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience managing Workday implementation projects is a must
- Strong knowledge of Workday architecture and functionality
- Proven experience in managing project budgets and timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards project goals
- Workday certification is a plus
