Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of IT equipment and spare devices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking in warehouse management systems.
- Perform goods receiving, quality checks, and documentation verification.
- Ensure proper labelling, packaging, and staging of devices for deployment.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate transport and delivery of equipment to client sites.
- Prepare shipments for onsite installations and infrastructure projects.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics issues with logistics providers.
Inventory Management
- Maintain minimum stock levels for spare devices and accessories.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Update asset management systems with device movements and status changes.
Deployment Support
- Support IT deployment activities such as laptop staging and device preparation.
- Assist onsite teams with equipment allocation for infrastructure cutovers and migrations.
- Coordinate logistics for large rollout projects and infrastructure upgrades.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain warehouse safety and compliance standards.
- Ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Follow company procedures for asset lifecycle management.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in:
- Logistics / Supply Chain Management
- Warehouse Management
- IT Hardware Logistics
- or comparable qualification.
- 2–5 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience handling IT equipment, networking hardware, or electronics preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or asset tracking tools.
Required Skills
- Strong inventory and warehouse management skills
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination
- Ability to manage multiple deployment requests and shipments
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware devices and accessories
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

- German – Fluent (required)
