Responsibilities:
- Experience in Install, configure and upgrade ESX/ESXi 3.x/4.x/5.x/6.x hosts
- Experience in VMware High-Availability, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, DRS, vCenter, DVS and vCenter Update Manager
- High Availability & DR testing and creating the DR design /process documents.
- Experience in OEM hardware (IBM/HP) & remote connectivity tools like ILO/DRAC/RSA
- Knowledge in VSAN and tools like VM Turbo and Veeam will be added advantage.
- Experience in managing Hyper V Landscape
- Creating and Managing Virtual Hard Disks, Virtual Machines, and Checkpoints
- Creating and Configuring Virtual Machine Networks
- Virtual Machine Movement and Hyper-V Replica
- Experience and knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls) and DHCP, DNS.
- Intermediate understanding of enterprise networking concepts (VLANs, link aggregation, etc)
- Intermediate understanding of storage concepts (IOPs, latency, SAN/NAS, etc.)
- Work independently and as a member of a team of consultants on engagements with customers, often in a technical leadership role
- Contribute to team and help to provide technical suggestions related to tickets.

- Clustering setup and troubleshooting

- Managing public and private IP addresses for VMs and for Azure resources
- Configure and maintain Security devices like Application gateway, traffic Manager, load balancers, Azure front door and Firewalls.
- Configure and managing Ips/IDs (WAF) policies
- Managing update manager for patch management
- Configure and manage backup and restore policy.
- Experience in migrating infra services and Applications from On prem to Azure.
- Maintain Blueprint policies to keep environment with security compliance.
- Managing Azure ARM templates and PowerShell scripts for automation.
- A holistic understanding of IT infrastructure includes of server, storage, network, database, systems, DR/business recovery and continuity practices, etc.
- Maintain Azure Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.
- Good understanding of and experience in working on Microsoft Azure (PAAS) such as service bus, Azure SQL and Cosmos DB
- Configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP, ASR, Intune, AAD Connect, MFA and O365
- Experience in working with products like ServiceNow, ELK, Azure monitor, Azure Advisory, cloud checkr and cloudyn.
- Strong hands-on experience in integrating multiple databases like Oracle, SQL Server, etc

Essential Skills:
- Graduate with Minimum 3+ years of experience in service Desk
- Excellent communication and conversation skills in English with a Versant Score of 70
- Good Knowledge of Incident, Change and Problem Management
- Manage Service Desk activities, including:
- Owning overall responsibility for Incident and Service Request process handling on the Service Desk
- Liaise with the Service Manager
- Help with the development and issuance of Service Desk Operational Reports
- Liaise with the designated Change lead as requested.
- Logging and triaging the incidents in ITSM for all the end user related incidents, service requests, problems etc
- Triage the tickets to respective Workplace Services, Applications Services Team and the Infrastructure Operations Team members based on the ticket severity and priority.
- Track the incidents/service requests/ problem and Change tickets to ensure resolution within SLA, escalate the unresolved incidents/ problems / Service / Change requests as per the escalation mechanism.
- Analyse the ticket trend and provide reports with improvement actions, create basic documents and knowledgebase articles.
- Attend voice calls.
- Good Documentation skills on the technical, process, ticket status and other relevant updates suggested by the Quality Lead on the ticket.
- Use Remote Desktop to assist the end users as required.
- Good Knowledge on O365 products.
- Monitor the Incident Management queue, Assigning/Reassigning and follow up of tickets as per standard procedure
- Experience in executing the service request raised in the ticketing tool as per the SOPs provided to the team.
- Basic level troubleshooting of the issues like desktop application and access, network, printer, Active Directory, O365 and email related issues
- Monitor the Incident Management queue and update the incident management system with all the relevant information relating to an incident.
- Proactive problem management is an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge and proven skills in Vendor Management
- Good Knowledge on ZOHO ITSM tool
- Should possess excellent customer handling skills
- Ability to handle unforeseen situations
- High level of acceptance and understanding in dealing with end users and situations
- Candidate to be ITIL certified
