We are looking for a highly skilled VIP IT Support Engineer to provide premium, white-glove technical support to senior executives and high-priority users. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills in German (B2–C1) and a solid background in end-user support within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide VIP-level onsite & remote IT support to executives and senior business leaders.
- Handle all hardware, software, and network troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Ensure quick resolution for priority incidents, outages, and escalations.
- Install, configure, and support Windows/Mac OS, MS Office 365, conferencing tools (Teams/Zoom/WebEx), and enterprise applications.
- Assist with meeting room technologies, audio-video systems, and conference setups.
- Perform proactive monitoring, system checks, and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with global IT teams for escalations and problem resolution.
- Maintain documentation, asset tracking, and update support logs.
- Manage VIP onboarding/offboarding (account setup, access management, device provisioning).
- Ensure excellent customer service with a professional and courteous approach.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8+ years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / VIP Support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in:
- Windows 10/11, macOS
- Active Directory, Exchange/Outlook
- Office 365, MDM solutions (Intune)
- Network basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience supporting executive-level or VIP customers.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with quick response times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German (B2–C1 level).
- Good English communication for global coordination.
Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience in enterprise environments (Banking, Automotive, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Knowledge of SCCM/Intune, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
