The TMO Responsibilities include:
Testing Center of Excellence.
- The TMO lead will oversee, manage, coordinate and socialize all TMO activities and will manage the TMO plan and reporting across all ITOM functions and stakeholders being the central point of escalation.
- Identifies the testing demand, capabilities and services required from BAU, Modernization and Strategic change initiatives and work with Beazley and its Delivery Partners to ensure these are appropriately estimated/budgeted for, appropriately resourced and delivered in line with the TMO functions and services outlined meeting the TMO quality KPIs, outcomes and deliverables.
- Engage Beazley IT HOFs and all relevant stakeholders internal or external to Beazley to socialise the TMO, its frameworks, tools and capabilities, best practices and assist In defining and maturing Ways of Working relevant and specific to the TMO functions and Services.
- Be the Representative for all interactions and engagements with Beazley’s PMO, Change Management, Platform Owner, Tech. Shared Services etc.
- Drive TMO initiatives – Automation, NFT, TDM, TEM etc.
- Own the testing KPI plan and implementation.
- Own and drive the Test Governance across Beazley with the Beazley Head of QA.
- Owns the overall TMO training plan; manages and coordinates training and socialization of all required TMO related Training.
- Sets out the TMO tools estate and manages the setup and configuration
