Roles & Responsibilities
- Document the existing process and write the MDM functional design.
- Support the technical team to implement the new MDM process.
- Learn identified processes and Build-up detailed knowledge of all party data systems.
- Assist Team Leader in documenting all aspects of the Process in detail including manuals process, workflows and detailed process maps.
- Report progress and performance made periodically to Team Leader.
- Consistent interaction with Team Leader on any business issues.
- Regular interaction with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to the migration of party data and provide solutions to the business.
- Perform the following main tasks:
- Document and define the new process to support the migration process for new Underwriters systems.
- Share information with business customer community.
- Functional Design, tests and user training for MDM process.
- Support business processes for all segments.
- Data Quality monitoring.
- Support business processes for all segments.
- Fixing Data Quality issues in various system maintained by AXA XL
- Maintenance of Parties in CDI & Tibco EBX
Skillsets
- University Graduate with 8-10 years of experience in MDM process, data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in insurance.
- Good knowledge in Tibco EBX MDM tool.
- Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Detail oriented, able to analyse and identify discrepancies.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Client service attitude & experience
- High level of data input accuracy
- Strong Analytical skills
- Proficient in Agile methodology for development and execution
- Commitment to continuous learning, staying current with industry trends
- Experience in working with Data Engineers.
