We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition across the European region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across Europe.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback gathering, and offer negotiations.
Maintain and update ATS records and recruitment dashboards.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated with European labor laws, hiring practices, and market trends.
Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to talent marketing strategies.
Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a regional or international setting.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
Experience hiring in multiple European markets (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.).
Familiarity with EU labor regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment for technology, finance, or consulting sectors.
Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIR, AIRS, SHRM-CP).
