Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong exposure to BFSI and Wealth Management to work on complex, enterprise-scale systems. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology, support delivery teams, and contribute to initiatives involving modern architectures and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Work with N-tier architectures, APIs, batch processes, and SQL-based data analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering teams
Support and execute UAT and validation activities during development cycles
Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking to address complex business challenges
Manage deliverables, dependencies, and risks to meet tight timelines
Ensure clear communication and governance across business and technical teams
Contribute to initiatives involving Virtual Assistants, Chatbots, and AI / Agentic AI concepts
Required Skills & Qualifications
8–10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Strong understanding of N-tier architecture, APIs, batch processing, and SQL querying
Experience in BFSI / Wealth Management domain
Exposure to Virtual Assistants, Chatbots, and AI-driven solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in UAT planning and execution
Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
