We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / ITOM Lead to join our London team on a hybrid contract. This role will provide technical leadership for ServiceNow Change Management and CMDB processes, ensuring best practices, scalability, and seamless integration across the platform.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Design and govern the technical architecture for Change Management and CMDB in ServiceNow
Ensure platform integration, scalability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices
Provide guidance and support to development, operations, and IT teams
Drive adoption of automated processes and maintain data quality and integrity
Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture standards and technical roadmaps
🧠 Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and Change Management
Proven experience as a Technical Architect in enterprise environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on knowledge of platform configuration, integrations, and automation
🎯 Nice to Have
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
