Must-have skills
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in .NET (Core/.NET 6+), C#, and backend service design (APIs, microservices).
- Solid experience with React (hooks, state management, component design) and modern frontend tooling.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services/AKS, Azure Functions, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, AD/Azure B2C, DevOps pipelines).
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging (Service Bus, Event Grid), and performance tuning.
- Previous client-facing consulting or professional services experience.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise clients.
