Outline Description: We are looking for Systems Integration Engineer’s whose primary responsibility is to develop and operate effective and innovative system integrations, solving identified business requirements. Should have good experience with Corezoid Integration Platform.
Purpose of the Role • The Systems Integration Engineer will fulfil a fundamental role in connecting SaaS systems together to meet the organization’s requirements and needs • The role holder will work alongside the business and technical teams validating requirements and translating these into deliverable and sustainable integration solutions • The role holder will support existing integrations as well as enhance and deliver new process orchestrations both directly between banking platform systems and via the Corezoid Process Orchestration platform • The role holder is responsible for the development and operational running of integrations between systems both within and external to the Recognise Bank application estate Dimensions of the Role – Provide an outline of the key accountabilities required as part of this role • Develop and document requirements for system integration and testing activities • Create and maintain integrations between SaaS-based applications, with an emphasis on API-first and process orchestration tools (Corezoid) to achieve seamless and efficient connections between applications • Responsible for ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and approval is secured for deviations to approved design and technical standards • Design solutions based on appropriate data controls, ensuring a scalable and focused approach to data integrity and quality • Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants as needed to leverage Corezoid Process Orchestration capabilities effectively • Provide a disciplined approach to incident management and responding to BAU production environment issues • Identify and diagnose end user problems in a manner that aligns to Recognise Banks high standards of customer service • Produce appropriate formal documentation for all customization designs and developments related to the Bank’s lending applications • Conduct testing and quality assurance of complex Corezoid-based process orchestrations to ensure accuracy and reliability of the Bank’s platform services • Support the Head of Platform Integrations & Ops and wider business in developing coherent application strategies for integration and defining long-term integration strategy • Support Delivery Management with refinement, work estimation and prioritization of requirements backlog • Support Change Management in implementing seamless system integrations for improved efficiency • Continuously assess of integration technologies and support the shaping of future direction • Support Operational Acceptance of change, training and communication to business users, including collaboration with management to identify new and creative opportunities for leveraging applications to support additional business processes or functions • Provide a disciplined approach to incident management and responding to BAU production environment issues • Manage and support front to back integration layer across the bank’s platforms.
Experience needed:
Experience working with, building and supporting SaaS-based system integrations and process orchestration • Experience creating API-based integrations and orchestrated data manipulations • Proven experience in process orchestration using Corezoid or similar • Team player and ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Able to support multiple workstreams and prioritize in a changing environment • A motivational and ‘can do’ attitude to drive personal and team success • Takes responsibility and ownership of work delivery • Sets high standards of personal performance in day-to-day execution of tasks • Sound decision making skills being able to demonstrate process and account for varying views when deciding on appropriate action • Strong written and verbal communication, able to clearly articulate concepts and issues between key stakeholders • Ability to critically question and help the team foresee future problems • Confident in navigating diverse process and organizational structures to deliver results • Experience working within technology/Fintech change management • Proficiency in data manipulation and using data-related applications • Ability to use independent judgment, investigation, concept development, information interpretation, and collaboration with other departments • Proficient Office 365 user
