Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our Wholesale Production Services team. This role involves providing support to the Sales, Investment Banking, Research, and Securitized Products & ABS businesses. You will maintain both in-house developed and vendor-hosted application solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 & L2 Production Services Support for allocated projects within Wholesale Production Services.
- Handle batch support, application support, user support, incident management, change management, and automation initiatives.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational stability, efficiency, maintainability, and support capabilities.
Technical Skills:
Must Have:
- Advanced UNIX
- Advanced SQL
Good To Have:
- Python
- RPA Tools
- ITIL Certifications
- AWS Certifications
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to identify problem areas and develop effective solutions.
Additional Notes:
- Candidates must have L2 support experience in an application support role. We do not accept profiles with only L1 support or infrastructure support experience.
