SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Implementation Lead
Location: Manchester
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days WFO
Contract Duration: 12 months
Experience Required: 8–12 years overall (minimum 6+ years in SAP SuccessFactors EC)
Travel: 4–6 trips per year to Spain and Sweden
Travel expenses will be fully covered
Candidates must explicitly confirm willingness to travel
Conversion: Candidate must be open to converting to Full-Time Employment (FTE) after 3 months
The SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Implementation Lead will drive end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role involves leading functional design, conducting client workshops, coordinating with technical teams, ensuring solution quality, and serving as the primary stakeholder contact throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings deep EC expertise, strong leadership skills, and proven experience delivering global or multi-country SuccessFactors implementations.
8–12 years of overall HCM experience
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
2–3 full-cycle EC implementations as Lead or Senior Consultant
Experience with global templates and multi-country rollouts (preferred)
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification – Mandatory
Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Configure and manage core EC components:
Foundation Objects
Position Management
Workflows
Business Rules
Data Models
Conduct blueprinting and functional design workshops with business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into solution design documents and system configuration
Oversee data migration strategy, templates, validation rules, and transformation logic
Act as the primary functional EC lead across global and regional teams
Coordinate integrations with Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, and Payroll
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Manage stakeholder expectations with clear, timely communication
Support UAT cycles, training delivery, and change management activities
