🚨 URGENT HIRING – SuccessFactors EC Payroll Implementation Lead (Manchester) 🚨

We are urgently looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Implementation Lead for a key transformation programme in the UK.

📍 Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
📆 Contract: 12 months
✈️ Travel: Required 4–6 times per year to Spain & Sweden (expenses covered)
🔁 Conversion: Candidates must be open to FTE conversion after 3 months

🔹 Role Overview

We need a seasoned Payroll Implementation Lead with strong experience delivering multi-country payroll implementations (UK, Ireland, Sweden) in complex enterprise environments.

🔹 Key Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Payroll / HR systems
• 3+ years hands-on experience in SuccessFactors EC Payroll
• End-to-end payroll implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland & Sweden payroll statutory rules
• Experience in requirements, design, configuration, testing & deployment
• Strong stakeholder management & global delivery exposure
• Expertise in UAT, parallel runs, cutover & hypercare

🔹 Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle payroll implementations across multiple countries
• Conduct HR & payroll workshops
• Ensure statutory compliance across regions
• Manage data migration, reconciliation & validation
• Drive UAT, defect resolution & payroll sign-off
• Lead go-live and stabilisation phases
