Job Title: SuccessFactors Technical Project Manager
Location: London/Sheffield
Duration: 6 months contract

To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the Technology sector with knowledge of the following technical skills:
- Technical expertise or background of a wide range of modules within SAP Success Factors, with solid experience across the below modules:
- Recruitment, Talent, Skills management, Succession, Learning, Performance Management, Reward, Employee Central
- Extensive experience of rolling out Talent intelligence (AI/ML) solutions as part of the recruitment processes
- Extensive experience of rolling out ServiceNow on-boarding solution as part of the E2E recruitment journey
- Extensive experience in large scale system integration (25M, 3 years+),
- Familiarity with HRIT technology platforms with primary products in Client landscape
- Service aggregation awareness with 3rd and 4th parties
- Familiarity and exposure to PDCA frameworks
- Proven Project Management experience in deployment and/or integration of HR Systems/Process in a large global organization
- Practical experience of Agile methodologies
- Understanding of Data Flows, Integration and Data Models
