Develop and configure ServiceNow ITAM modules (Hardware, Software, Cloud).Implement and maintain integrations with third-party asset discovery and inventory tools.Customize workflows, forms, and automation to support IT asset lifecycle management.Collaborate with IT operations, procurement, and security teams to align asset processes.Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance related to ITAM functionality.
