- Excellent Splunk Development skills
- Extensive experience building Splunk dashboards reports and alerts
- Expert SPL user
- Fully conversant with knowledge objects, data models and data normalisation to align with Common Information Model
- Experience of designing and building Splunk applications in a multi-site clustered environment
- Knowledge of Javascript, Python and React JS
- Splunk Data onboarding experience
- Software development lifecycle and change governance experience preferably within a CI/CD workflow (Desirable)
- Working Knowledge of Splunk architecture and administration (Desirable)
- Able to provide Splunk consultancy and training to develop power users in the organisation
- Excellent customer engagement skills including requirements gathering
- Good documentation skills
- Unix and Windows Operating System knowledge
