We are seeking a highly skilled “Solution Architect – Supplychain Systems” – focussing on e2e Solution Architecting for a Large Programme initiative to integrate POS system (Simphony) with Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and a deep understanding of the hospitality/retail industry.
# Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the overall solution architecture for large Hospitality/Retail Programmes [ including POS (Simphony/other), Finance, HR , PMS (Opera) ]
- Responsible for creating HLD & LLD.
- Responsible to design interfaces for data exchange between Fusion and 3rd party systems
- Responsible in doing regular reviews & signoffs with client Principal Architect & Architecture Forums
- Create detailed technical specifications, Data flow/Data mapping and integration plans for Finance, Invoicing and ordering systems
- Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows
- Manage transition state where both old & new POS solutions need to exist seamlessly
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solution designs
- Experience in POS solutions and integrating them with Finance systems
# Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
- Proven experience with SCM integrations & implementations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
# Skills
- TOGAF / similar certifications
- Proficiency in Supply chain & Procure to Pay workflows.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations, and E2E data flow design
- Familiarity with building scalable system design
- Experience in building Solution document, Integration design documents and taking to Architecture board for review
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards and compliance requirements
