Required Core Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Technology as well as financial regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong knowledge of GRC technology primarily ServiceNow IRM (Operational resilience module experience) must have.
• Proficient skills in Risk Management, performance metrics and reporting, technical problem resolution and vendor risk management.
• Experience in enterprise risk governance, driving best practices and continuous improvement processes across diverse businesses.

Detailed Job Description:
• Collect and analyze business demands on control automation, GRC technology needs etc. and translate them into features and stories and follow them up until implementation.
• Support the existing GRC technology programme on documentation, platform regression testing, quality controls and license reconciliation and optimization.
• Support the GRC Service Owner who are in daily contact with the first line, to provide training, demo and support them in their on-boarding on GRC platform.
• Analyse first line usage of IRM and look for opportunities to reinforce this, in collaboration with the team of our customer and stakeholders.
• Support the GRC Service Owner, who is the GRC technology Product Owner for the IRM programme by providing content and status updates.
• Introduce and encourage automation and enhanced reporting to increase efficiency.
• Defining the vision, strategy and roadmap for the longer term GRC technology running mode and working towards its implementation
