Detailed Job Description:
-Proficient knowledge of Sharepoint On-Prem 2013, Share Point Online, PowerShell scripting, Power Platform and Azure cognitive services
-Has fluent German & English speaking skills
-Can extract information/produce reporting from SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online (as necessary) to support the project
-Support end user knowledge development and development of resolution wiki articles
-Log and manage queries received to support team via mailbox, Teams chat and tickets
-Test and Establish Service Now Process for SharePoint Online updates
-Maintain support related information across sources as updates are received
-Ensure compliance and data protection with Uniper Business policies
-Work to planned and agreed timelines to ensure delivery of small enhancements (if any)
-Attend regular project meetings and workshops
-Self-sufficient, able to work well in project teams and liaise with different stakeholders
-Has good attitude towards work and team members
