Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Lead ServiceNow UI/UX Architect with extensive experience in both designing and implementing high-end ServiceNow Workspaces. The ideal candidate will have a profound background in ServiceNow UI development and be adept in leveraging web technologies to enhance user interfaces. This role requires someone who can not only lead development teams but also architect innovative UI solutions that elevate user experience within ServiceNow environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated ServiceNow Workspaces tailored to enterprise needs.
- Oversee and lead the development of both classic UI and modern Workspaces UI, ensuring seamless functionality and integration.
- Architect and develop custom ServiceNow UI components that enhance workflow and user interactions.
- Mentor junior developers and guide them in following best practices in UI development and customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret requirements into actionable UI design and implementation.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates and UI technologies, integrating new features to keep the enterprise solutions state-of-the-art.
- Prepare and present a portfolio of past projects during the interview that demonstrates comprehensive expertise in ServiceNow environments.
Required Skills
- Expertise in ServiceNow Next Experience UI Builder and familiarity with the Classic Environment and Workspace UI.
- Proven experience in leading UI/UX design projects within ServiceNow platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with experience in user experience strategy and design.
- Technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills and experience in architecting large-scale enterprise applications.
Nice to Have
- Experience with User Experience Analytics Platform configuration and management.
- Certification in ServiceNow Application Development and/or UI/UX specialization.
