Position: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

To meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients, we are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our clients' ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements for ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog
- Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, rules, business logic, and user interface using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
- Perform ServiceNow upgrades and provide support for platform maintenance and patching
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Conduct code reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in ServiceNow applications
- Keep up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend their implementation to enhance existing solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on ITSM solutions
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XML
- Experience with web services such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
