Job Description:
Servicenow IRM Lead:
As a ServiceNow IRM Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow applications and modules, meeting the needs of the organization.
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.
• Service now implementation experience of solutions (configuration and customization) for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product.
• Assisting in the design, configuration, customization, development, and testing of ServiceNow applications, specifically focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps), including these applications:
• IRM - Policy and Compliance Management
• IRM - Risk Management
• IRM - Vendor Risk Management
• IRM - Audit Management
• SecOps – Vulnerability Response
• GRC is a must
• Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications.
• Ability to leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.
• ServiceNow BCM tool implementation with experience in the following functional BCM domains:
• Business Impact Analysis
• Recovery Strategy Development
• BC/ DR Plan Development
• BC/ DR Exercise & Monitor
•Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.
• Develop and maintain integrations using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and business process automation concepts.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and web services.
• ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
