ServiceNow Integration SME - UK, Hybrid - Lloyd’s – 6 Months FTC at N Consulting Ltd

Position Summary:

         Service Now integration engineer with the ability to integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow.

         Experience integrating Microsoft Azure monitoring tools with ServiceNow.

         Experience of using API’s to pass variables to ServiceNow to create incident tickets.

         Experience of developing and setting-up incident workflows within ServiceNow.

         Experience of setting-up initial priority and criticality of alerts within ServiceNow.

         Experience of configuring ServiceNow to use ServiceNow CMDB module to identify which resolver group to route incident tickets too.

         Experience working in the financial / insurance sector.
