Position Summary:
Service Now integration engineer with the ability to integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
Experience integrating Microsoft Azure monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
Experience of using API’s to pass variables to ServiceNow to create incident tickets.
Experience of developing and setting-up incident workflows within ServiceNow.
Experience of setting-up initial priority and criticality of alerts within ServiceNow.
Experience of configuring ServiceNow to use ServiceNow CMDB module to identify which resolver group to route incident tickets too.
Experience working in the financial / insurance sector.
