Job Description:
Proven knowledge of one or more of the following modules within ServiceNow including HRSD, Employee Journey, Lifecycle events, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, Self-Service, and SLA.
• Experience in implementing Employee Centre Pro.
• Experience in implementing Employee document management.
• Experience of integrating ServiceNow with other system via REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, Mulesoft etc.
• Excellent knowledge in ServiceNow scripting and Web Technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, Jelly, Angular JS, Bootstrap, XML, HTML).
• Certified ServiceNow system administrator.
• Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
• Experience with Jira / Confluence.
