- 5+ years overall work experience with 3+ years’ relevant experience with ServiceNow developing core ITSM modules including, ServiceNow Integration, Scripting, Service Portal, Flow Designer.
- ServiceNow Developer Certifications are added advantage.
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure ServiceNow features, workflows, and business rules.
- Build integrations with other systems using web services, REST APIs, and SOAP.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
