Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team for a client project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing core ITSM modules in ServiceNow and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
- Utilize scripting to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
- Design and develop Service Portal and workflows using Flow Designer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of overall work experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience specifically in ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise in core ITSM modules, ServiceNow Integration, Scripting, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.
- ServiceNow Developer certifications are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
