Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at a leading UK bank. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, particularly in the procurement module, and will play a critical role in optimizing our procurement processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes related to procurement within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business needs and requirements.
- Design and implement effective procurement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing procurement systems.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of procurement solutions with other bank systems.
- Provide training and support to users on new procurement processes and tools.
- Manage and prioritize project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and updates relevant to procurement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow, especially the procurement module.
- Familiarity with banking industry standards and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
- ServiceNow certification(s).
- Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.
- Knowledge of UK banking regulations and compliance standards.
