Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at a leading UK bank. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, particularly in the procurement module, and will play a critical role in optimizing our procurement processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes related to procurement within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business needs and requirements.
• Design and implement effective procurement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing procurement systems.
• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of procurement solutions with other bank systems.
• Provide training and support to users on new procurement processes and tools.
• Manage and prioritize project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and updates relevant to procurement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow, especially the procurement module.
• Familiarity with banking industry standards and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

• ServiceNow certification(s).
• Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.
• Knowledge of UK banking regulations and compliance standards.
