• Expertise in modern workplace technologies e.g., Microsoft 365
• Operating Systems e.g., Windows 10/11
• Client applications e.g., Office 365, Teams, OneDrive
• Device management and deployment e.g., Intune, Autopilot
• Understanding of virtualization techniques e.g., VMware vSphere
• Virtual Desktop Infrastructure e.g., Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop
• Scripting and automation e.g., PowerShell
• Packaging and delivery of applications
• Knowledge of security best practices e.g., patching, and conditional access
• Strong system administration and troubleshooting skills
• Relevant certifications, such as in Microsoft 365 are advantageous
