Position Title: Service Delivery Manager

Coforge is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of our services to our clients. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end service delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of services to clients from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve service delivery bottlenecks and escalations
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Develop and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery capabilities and customer satisfaction
- Oversee and manage the performance of service providers and vendors, ensuring they meet agreed-upon requirements and standards
- Prepare and present regular service delivery performance reports to management and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as an advocate for our clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully managing service delivery processes and teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus
