Service Cloud Architect (Oracle B2C / RightNow)
📍 Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Are you an experienced Service Cloud Architect with a strong background in Oracle B2C Service (RightNow)? We're looking for a talented individual to lead architectural design and integration for a leading energy provider.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Design and blueprint Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions aligned with business goals and scalability needs
Translate complex requirements into technical designs
Lead system integrations using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Provide technical leadership on large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate effectively with clients and vendors
🎯 Required Experience:
10–12 years in IT with a focus on Oracle Service Cloud
Strong understanding of data models and platform architecture
Experience with RightNow, SOAP/REST APIs, ICS/OIC
Proficiency in SQL
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
