About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Bank, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering user-centred digital products for both our clients and internal teams. From conducting user research and facilitating workshops to wireframing, prototyping, and testing, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping innovative financial solutions.
What You’ll Do
✅ Strategize & Design: Conceptualize and design new products and features across multiple teams.
✅ User Research: Gather insights to synthesize business and user needs into tangible solutions.
✅ Workshop Facilitation: Lead journey mapping, storyboarding, and ideation sessions.
✅ Prototyping & Testing: Develop and test interactive prototypes to refine user experiences.
✅ UI & Data Visualisation: Balance aesthetics with usability, ensuring consistency across products.
✅ Design System Contribution: Advocate for design standards and reusable components.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Strong UX and interaction design experience, ideally in complex enterprise applications.
🔹 Ability to translate business needs into user-centred design solutions.
🔹 Hands-on expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
🔹 Experience collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
🔹 A portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final outcomes.
