Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions in a non-insurance domain such as retail, banking, logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience in driving strategic initiatives and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• BA-Strong domain knowledge in non-life insurance claims
• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors.
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the application.
• Experience with enterprise applications (ClaimCenter experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
