Detailed Job Description:
Senior Business Analysts to elicit & document requirements & support Business and IT readiness for GR&C system replacement, GR&C Target Operating Model and GR&C Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
The BAs need to be autonomous and will initially be responsible for eliciting requirements in the following areas: ERMF Development, Comms & Engagement, MI & Reporting, Process, People, Risk, Business Testing & IT Readiness. It will be crucial that these SBA’s are able to work well together as they will have to work across multiple workstreams to support a single, seamless delivery from a business perspective.
- MI and Reporting Requirements : Elicit MI and reporting requirements and facilitate their sign off. Complete Traceability of the requirements to the solution and testing.
- Decommissioning Requirements: Identify systems that need decommissioning Elicit the requirements for decommissioning.
- Process Mapping: Document As-is process maps Document to-be process to BPMN 2 standard Identify what is changing between the as is and to processes.
- Organisational Design: Document changes needed to the current organization’s design to accommodate the new processes.
- IT Service Support Model :Document the IT service support model for the new platform – incident management, maintenance, upgrades. Document fall back processes if the new risk system isn’t available.
- Business Design Document: Completion of the Our Change Framework document
