Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior API Developer with strong expertise in building robust APIs and experience in LLM chatbots/AI integration, particularly leveraging Sage or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern Java development, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs, and be comfortable working with Git/GitLab and Maven.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services.
Integrate AI/LLM chatbot solutions into applications (Sage experience preferred).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment using Git/GitLab and Maven.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience:
Programming Languages: Java 21+, JavaScript
Frameworks & Technologies: J2EE, Spring Boot
API Development: REST API design and implementation
Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitLab, Maven
AI/LLM Integration: Experience with chatbots or AI-driven applications (Sage preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with AI/LLM model fine-tuning or prompt engineering
