Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters with strong expertise in Delivery Management, Change Management, Budgeting, and Risk Management within the Banking domain.
The successful candidate will lead Agile teams while ensuring robust governance, financial oversight, and risk control in a regulated banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Drive end-to-end delivery across banking projects/programmes
Manage change initiatives in regulated environments
Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
Ensure compliance with governance and banking regulatory standards
Provide clear stakeholder reporting to senior leadership
Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement

Proven experience as a Scrum Master

Experience working in Banking / Financial Services
Experience in large enterprise Agile environments
Strong stakeholder and senior management communication skills
