Coach and mentor: Guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum values, helping them become more self-organizing and skilled.
Remove impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles or blockers that hinder the team's progress.
Protect the team: Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus.
Support the Product Owner: Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is properly prioritized and managed.
Promote continuous improvement: Encourage the team to improve their processes and the quality of their work. Foster communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and between stakeholders.
