Job Summary:
The SAP Transport Management & Customs Business Consultant will be responsible for Rollout, collecting the requirement, BRD and requirement creation in service business operations. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP modules related to Transport Management and Customs, and integration with other business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our SAP systems meet the needs of our service business and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• SAP Rollout:
o Lead the Rollout of S4 Transport Management & Customs (TM & Customs).
o Analyse business requirements and translate them into business requirement documents
o Customize SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
o Lead Unit test and UAT testing.
o Collaborate with stakeholders (Template team) to design and implement best practices in service delivery.
• Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with capability Leads of SAP ie. SD, MM, PP, FI to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
o Participate in cross-functional meetings to align SAP initiatives with business goals.
• User Support & Training:
o Provide training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices.
o Act as a point of contact for Business and SAP template team.
• Data Migration: Co-ordinate with data migration to work on migration strategy and help team to develop migrate program
• Hypercare Support:
o Provide dedicated Hypercare support during the post-Rollout phase to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
o Monitor system performance and user feedback closely after go-live, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
o Facilitate daily stand-up meetings during Hypercare to discuss issues, resolutions, and user experiences.
