Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to drive the analysis, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that HR processes are efficiently mapped to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management expertise, and a thorough understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement projects.
- Analyze and translate HR business processes into SAP SuccessFactors configurations and workflows.
- Identify gaps between business needs and SAP SuccessFactors capabilities, recommending feasible solutions.
Solution Design & Documentation:
- Create detailed functional specifications, process maps, and use cases for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning).
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful configuration, integration, and customization.
- Define and document data migration and transformation requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams, technical consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and walkthroughs to validate solution designs with stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment of goals between all parties involved.
Testing & Support:
- Develop and execute test scripts for system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support stakeholders during UAT, capturing feedback and coordinating issue resolution.
- Provide post-go-live support, ensuring successful adoption and addressing any issues.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance SAP SuccessFactors functionality and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and releases, advising stakeholders on potential benefits.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across HR systems and practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations or upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, or Learning.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and integration points.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management systems.
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for diverse audiences.
