Role: SAP Success Factors BA
Possibility of remote work: Hybrid (50-60% of time at office).

1. Business Analyst with expertise in Success Factors Recruitment (8 years experience).
2. Experience working closely with HR, recruitment teams, and IT departments to enhance and optimize the SuccessFactors Recruitment module.
3. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, HRIS systems.
