SAP QM Lead Consultant
Location: Bad Homburg, Germany (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in SAP Quality Management
We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP Quality Management engagements, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and optimize SAP QM processes, provide architecture guidance, and drive implementation projects on SAP S/4HANA or Private Cloud.
Lead engagement efforts across all project phases: problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
Design, build, and optimize end-to-end SAP QM processes for enterprise clients.
Conduct client workshops to drive key design decisions and provide industry best practice recommendations.
Create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, implement solutions, and oversee deployment.
Own SAP S/4HANA QM solution architecture, including inspection types, sampling procedures, catalogs/codes, MICs, results recording, usage decisions, and defect handling.
Design and configure Quality Notifications (deviations, CAPA, customer/vendor complaints) with workflows, actions, tasks, and approvals.
Deep expertise in Physical Sample Management, Stability Studies, Customer Returns, and Certificates (incoming and outgoing).
Integrate QM with other SAP modules:
MM – Procurement quality
PP / PP-PI – In-process and final inspection
EWM – Warehouse inspection lots
SD – Returns management
PM – Maintenance-related inspections
Participate in at least 3 full SAP S/4HANA or Private Cloud implementations.
Strong experience in SAP Quality Management (QM)
Expertise in configuring basic QM processes
In-depth knowledge of quality planning, inspections, notifications, and master data
Knowledge of:
Batch management
Physical Sample Drawing
Stability Studies
Quality Notifications
Dynamic Modification functionality
SAP BRH experience
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
