Job Description
Infosys is looking for Senior Consultant with expertise in SAP S4 Customer Engagement areas to join their SAP Utilities team. Consultant must have at least 2 greenfield SAP IS-U implementation in Utilities with experience to drive Business Workshops, Blueprint Sessions, Document the business process design document s, Functional Specification, Test Scenarios, Conduct Trainings, and perform Testing and support in defect resolution for Device Management module. Consultant should be able to lead a team of consultants to communicate complex requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements in SAP Utilities
• Support in the conceptualization and coordination of the implementation of innovative solutions in the billing and invoicing environment
• Development of the One Billing platform with a focus on customer service processes
• Demonstrated strong knowledge about Utility sector process and requirements
• Experience of Utilities Sales Contract Management life cycle of an energy (commodity) contract.
• Exposure to Utilities Product Integration Layer (UPIL) with integration with ISU billing master will have an added advantage.
• Special focus on the development of customer engagement process in Interaction Center Agent Role, Enhanced Identification, Managing Business Partners and Contract Accounts, Managing Technical Master Data, Bill Information and Correction, Managing Budget Billing Plans, Financial Inquiries and Collections, Interaction Records, Managing Meter Readings, Fast Move-In/Out
Required
• Practical knowledge of SAP S4 HANA Customer Engagement
• Good knowledge of customer service processes
• Practical experience in the development of customer engagement
• Broad expertise in energy industry processes
• Very good knowledge of sales processes for energy supply (electricity/gas)
• Practical knowledge of SAP IS-U/UC4G
• Fluent English. German minimum B1 level.
• Open to local travel to client premises in Munich and Frankfurt – weekly 3 days.
