Job Description
- Should have experience of 15 years in managing SAP major and complex assignments (many at same time), projects and/or operations (SAP Implementation Projects), in keeping with the requirements and objectives set.
- Is responsible for defining a solution (approach and schedule, roles and accountabilities, deliverables, resources, etc.).
- Oversees performance, ensuring compliance with commitments and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures the HR development of their team, manages skills development plans, promotes collaboration practices within project teams.
- Manages a long-term high-level customer relation, supports customer needs over and above their scope.
Delivery:
- Manages the delivery of major tasks, assignments or projects while controlling the customer environment.
- Ensures the relevance and quality of solutions, is responsible for validating all deliverables within their scope.
- Should be able to lead Directs customer committees, manages customer relations
Management:
- Oversees performance (profitability, lead-times, quality) within their scope. Should have very good understanding of project finances
- Contributes to negotiations and possible additional requests.
- Identifies and manages alerts at management level; Manages reporting tasks for their entity; Identifies and controls risks.
- Adapts to changes in business/ people/ technology/ ecosystem.
- Responsible in their domain for organizing assignments or projects, teams as well as staffing optimization.
- Contributes to the SAP end-to-end offering; Develops expertise and an offer where relevant.
- Actively contributes to knowledge-building for their domain
- Is highly proactive with compelling propositions for continuous improvement.
- Proposes innovative solutions; Contributes, where relevant, to external communication (points of view and awareness operations) in their domain
- Takes data driven constructive decisions to meet business objectives; Demonstrates end to end ownership and accountability; Is open to feedback.
