Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MCM expert to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on processing, analyzing, and optimizing system and measurement concept change processes within SAP S/4 (MCM module) and SAP MCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in SAP ISU and S/4 systems, along with the ability to quickly analyze and resolve complex issues to ensure seamless operations.
Possibility of remote work: Hybrid | Mainly working in the home office. Possibly isolated dates in Dortmund and Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis & Error Resolution:
Analyze new plant and measurement concept changes in the SAP S/4 MCM module and SAP MCM Cloud. Identify and resolve system errors and issues, working to proactively optimize processes.
Solution Design & Technical Implementation:
Develop and identify solutions for system issues, preparing for their implementation or manual processing within the SAP system.
Escalated Case Management:
Resolve complex escalation cases from internal teams, focusing on addressing technical complaints and clarifications with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process optimizations to prevent disruptions and streamline workflows, ensuring ongoing system stability and improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
SAP ISU & SAP S/4 (MCM Module):
Proven experience in working with SAP ISU and S/4 systems, specifically the MCM module.
SAP MCM Cloud:
Strong familiarity with the SAP MCM Cloud environment.
Technical Problem-Solving:
Ability to analyze complex system processes and identify efficient solutions, demonstrating strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
German Language Proficiency:
Fluent in German, both written and verbal, to navigate the system and collaborate with teams effectively.
Process Knowledge:
Strong understanding of grid connection processes and various measurement concepts (e.g., cascade connection, surplus feed-in with/without storage).
Nice to Have:
Experience with Device Processes in Network Operations:
Knowledge of device processes at network operators, especially in relation to device changes in SAP ISU.
10+ Years of Relevant Experience:
A proven track record of 10+ years in SAP system management, focusing on MCM modules, device changes, or similar technical environments.
