- Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Salesforce solutions within AXA Germany.
- Strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to challenge and optimize integration processes.
- Develop scalable, robust, and secure Salesforce architecture tailored to business needs.
- Design integration strategies with internal systems, including custom-built CRM solutions.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of integration layers to streamline data flow between systems.
- Provide technical guidance to developers, and consultants.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce CoE to ensure governance and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Good understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Local candidates preferred. Remote flexibility may be considered after initial onboarding. German speaker preferred, but not mandatory.
