Role Summary
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) acts as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). The role facilitates Agile processes, program execution, and continuous delivery while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical teams. The RTE drives collaboration across multiple Agile teams to deliver value efficiently and predictably.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
? Experience managing large-scale Agile programs or multiple teams.
? Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
? Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
? Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Understanding of DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
? Must have exp in Banking domain
