Role: Red Hat OpenShift Specialist – SME
Experience: 8–15+ years
Location: Hybrid-(2 days Office/3 days Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Red Hat OpenShift SME to design, deploy, and manage enterprise Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on expertise in OpenShift 4.x, cluster administration, automation, security, and performance engineering across hybrid or multi‑cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, and upgrade OpenShift clusters (on‑prem & cloud).
- Build automation using Ansible, GitOps (ArgoCD), Helm, Tekton/Jenkins.
- Implement cluster security (RBAC, SCCs, policies, secrets).
- Configure monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK).
- Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and performance issues.
- Act as SME for architecture, best practices, and stakeholder guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes, RHEL, networking, and storage.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP deployments (ROSA/ARO preferred).
- Knowledge of Operators, Service Mesh, CI/CD pipelines, container registries.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications
- Red Hat Certified Specialist (EX280)
- RHCA, CKA, CKAD (plus)
