🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct interviews and provide candidate feedback
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment (preferably consultancy)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
🔹 Nice to Have:
- Industry-specific recruitment experience
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends
- HR/recruitment certification
