Position: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: PAN India
Experience Required: 3–6 years (minimum 2 years hiring in UK & European markets)
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong understanding of the UK and wider European talent landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring timely delivery of top-quality candidates across multiple functions. This role demands deep knowledge of European hiring practices, visa guidelines, market salary benchmarks, and sector-specific sourcing strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for UK and EU regions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
Conduct proactive searches for niche and hard-to-fill positions across multiple industries.
Strong experience recruiting in UK & Europe across multiple sectors.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring and niche searches simultaneously.
Solid understanding of visa/RTW checks, GDPR compliance, and European labor frameworks.
Proficiency with ATS tools and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter is essential).
