Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates based on experience, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain candidate pipelines for various roles.
Track recruitment metrics and provide timely reports to management.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of recruitment experience (IT / Non-IT as applicable).
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Good understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience in IT/Technical hiring (if applicable).
Knowledge of the local employment market and hiring trends.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
